Come on in to get a free assessment and consultation! We will do some various exercises around strength, flexibility, cardio, and more to determine your fitness levels. This is a time for us to get to know one another, ensure that we'll be a good fit, and determine your fitness goals!

30-Min Session

Starts at $50 or 4 payments of $12.50 with Vagaro Pay Later

A 30 minute session is a great way to get in your workout and ensure that you are still growing and challenging yourself as you work toward your fitness goals. Your workout will include: dynamic stretching and a warm-up, focused supersets based around our various training formats and your goals (strength training, cardio, boxing, TRX, and more), and a cool down stretch. $50 dollars a session, $450 for a 10 pack

60-Min Session

Starts at $95 or 4 payments of $23.75 with Vagaro Pay Later
A 60 minute session is a challenging workout that ensures you are still growing and challenging yourself as you work toward your fitness goals. Your workout will include: dynamic stretching and a warm-up, focused supersets based around our various training formats and your goals (strength training, cardio, boxing, TRX, and more). Sessions are $95/hr. If you get a 10 session pack, get one session free and only pay $855

Couple 60-Min Session

Starting at $125 or 4 payments of $31.25 with Vagaro Pay Later
A 60 minute session is a challenging workout that ensures you are still growing and challenging yourself as you work toward your fitness goals. Couple or partner training is a good way to workout with someone you know. Your workout will include: dynamic stretching and a warm-up, focused supersets based around our various training formats and your goals (strength training, cardio, boxing, TRX, and more). Sessions are $125/hr. If you get a 10 session pack, get one session free and only pay $1125

Group Classes

$40 per Person
We currently offer 3 types of small class trainings: Boxing, TRX, and Kettlebell. We can accommodate up to 4 people per group, which allows for friendly competition, motivation, and the ability to hold each other accountable. For a small group class, it is $40 per person.
