A 30 minute session is a great way to get in your workout and ensure that you are still growing and challenging yourself as you work toward your fitness goals. Your workout will include: dynamic stretching and a warm-up, focused supersets based around our various training formats and your goals (strength training, cardio, boxing, TRX, and more), and a cool down stretch.
